DESCRIPTION:Since 2022 Wikimedia Argentina has been carrying out a training
  and support program for journalists and small media. The goal is to gener
 ate positive feedback between the media and the Wikimedia universe. This p
 roject seeks to promote Wikimedia tools and projects among journalists\, a
 nd to sensitize media and journalists on how they can contribute to reduce
  the gender\, sexuality and diversity gap in Wikimedia. In this conference
  we want to provide useful insights and recommendations so that other grou
 ps can replicate the experience.
