In this session as a Wikimedia Commons admin, I will present 7+ gadgets and tools that could helps users to contribute in Wikimedia Commons. The Wikimedia Commons project can make users especially newcomers very difficult and less "user frienfdly" than Wikipedias, using specific tools and dedicated features is not very common, but mastering them will make a reconciliation. Some of the tootls I will present:

Newcomers need assistance from experienced user. The Growths team has developed a program called mentorship, to give help for newcomers. I will present the process of helping your community using the Growth team features.
